Note
Three figures representing Justice, Britannia, and the City of London sit around a table bearing "a great many remonstrances" and debate the punishment or reward of various ministers: those punished include "Reynard" -- i.e., Fox? : to be allowed to eat neither geese nor poultry and Admiral B--g: to be shot at by a saylor out of every ship of Admiral West's division ... for his cowardice. Those rewarded include General Blakeney, Admirals West and Vernon and others; rewards include promotions, monuments in Westminster Abbey, etc.. A line of petitioners awaits the various verdicts.
