In chart form, the "Names of the Captains," commanding each company, with column headings for "Lts No. & Sum / Ensigns No. & Sum / Corporals No. & Sum / Drummers No. & Sum," etc.; each column filled in and totalled for the month.
Also lists pay for"1 Lt.Colo., 1 Major, 1 Chaplin, 1 Adjutent, 1 Surgeon, 1 Quarter Master."
