Head and shoulders to the left. Vignette. Below the facsimile signature, a royal coat of arms appears, after which the remaining title referring to him as the 18th Governor of Massachustts (prior to the Revolution) appears.
While the engraver is unknown, the work is clearly after the portrait by Copley.
