The statue, that stands on Bunker Hill, is shown from the inscription of his name and the date of the Battle of Bunker Hill on the base, upward to Prescott, shown full-figure, standing, with his sword thrust forward in his right hand and his left arm outstretched slightly to the rear. He wears a suit, boots and a full length coat and hat. Rectangle.
The statue was dedicated on Bunker Hill on June 17, 1881.
