The engraver may be one René Jacques Charpentier, "graveur et éditeur" who worked in Paris -- cf. E. Benezit.Dictionnaire ... des peintres, sculpteurs, dessinateurs et graveurs ..., vol. 2, p. 682, giving an address different from the one on this present engraving.
A large engraved broadside with the title in a cartouch at the top, Fort St. Philippe on the island of Minorca under seige by the French fleet resisted by the British under Admiral Byng.
The Almanac is at bottom center.
One large tear from lower left margin to center, with no apparent loss; trimmed at both left and right margins, as well as the lower margin, possibly with loss of imprint date.
