Below the title it reads, "The elegant author of 'Persian Letters,'.....'Dialogues of the Dead,' 'Observations on the Conversion and Apostleship of St. Paul,' and a Life of King Henry the Second.....The great statesman was born Jan.y 17th, 1709, died Aug.st 22.d. 1773, and was buried at Hagley, in Worcestershire."
