Probably issued between 1757 and 1766, during which time Ryall and Withy published at the Hogarth's Head in London -- see Plomer. Dictionary of booksellers and printers, 1726-1775.
Uniformed and seated, his body facing to his right, head turned toward the center. In his right hand is a spy glass, which rests on his right thigh; his hat is held in the crook of his left arm; a naval scene in left background.
