Head and shoulders, to the right, in uniform. The Ordre of St. Louis and the eagle of the Society of the Cincinnati are pinned to the center of his chest on the outside buttoned left lapel. Oval.
This appears to be a photomechanical reproduction of a stipple engraving by David Edwin after the minature by Malborne and is a page from the Daughters of the Cincinnati 1910-1911 Yearbook after page 26.
