Head and shoulders, to the left in uniform. The eagle of the Society of the Cincinnati is displayed on the left lapel. Rectangle. On the engraving, the names of the artist and engraver appear below the rectangle and the title is a facsimilie signature. On the photomechanical print, the title is printed with no signature and the names of the artist and engraver are missing.
