On unwatermarked laid paper, probably 18th century.
Marbled endpapers, sewn but otherwise unattached to paper wrapper.
Probably intended for reference use on the battlefield by an artillery officer, nationality unknown, but probably American or British. From a collection created by a collector of American militaria.
