Each battle plan and city map mounted on blank leaf (plate nos. [3]-[68]) has its own title.
Plans cover details of the battle and siege during the Seven Years' War, ranging from 28 June 1756 to 11 March 1763; also includes 6 maps of colonial America: Quebec (2), Louisburg, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Havana.
Plates numbered as pages in hand (p. 1-139); probably in the same hand, ms. title on 2nd front free endpaper: "Plans de batailles, sièges, combats, &c. qui se sont donnés tant en Europe qu'en Amérique, pendant les années 1757-58-59-60-61 et 1762."; ms. index of the maps at end (p. 135-138).
