The Cadix [i.e. Cadiz, Spain] imrpint and the style of the production suggests it may be published on a shipboard press; apparently printed in a small number, solely for the use of the French navy.
Regulating the French fleet and French privateers in the American Revolution; 29 articles list the order in which ships are to sail, from the flagship to the rear of the line; rules for naval commanders are given, as are the means of identifying various French ships by their flag.
