In four columns, the report names 29 officers, their rank, and date of commission between 1776 and 1779.
Names Elias Dayton, colonel; Frances Barber, liuet. col.; and John Conway, major; as well as 6 captains, 1 lieut. captain; 6 lieutenants; 9 ensigns; and 1 surgeon and his mate.
Dayton was named Col. of the 3rd battalion of both the first and second establishment from 10 January 1776.
Dayton and Conway later became original members of the Society of the Cincinnati. Barber died in service.
