George Washington stands at at the center, subduing an Indian, surrounded by a number of other brawling men. In the background, a soldier on horseback holds Washington's horse while to the left a soldier guards a group of tents. Behind Washington, slightly to the right, is a large, two story building with a large American flag flying from the rooftop.
In the lower left, below the title is reads: "Printed by W. Pate."
