Also contains notices of prisoners, courts martial, Col. Frye's orders regarding liquor, cleanliness, gaming, sentry duty, and relations with the Indians and civilian French.
One muster roll indicates that most of the men were from Dedham, Roxbury, or Wrentham.
Fort Cumberland was built by the French as Fort Beausejour, captured by the English in 1755, and renamed at that time.
Bound in vellum.
