Commissioned officers: Rufus Lincoln "on command"; Gamaliel Bradford "on command"; and James Sever ensign
At bottom of p. 1: Camp Decem[be]r 17th 1781. In Jan. 1781 the regiment was assigned to the 1st Massachusetts Brigade, an element of the Highlands Department.
On p. [2]: Proof of the effectives [signed] James Sever Ens. [before] John Paterson, B. Genl.
Depleted company had only a few enlisted men present for duty; shows disposition of those not present.
