In 5 columns: Corps, Strength, Ships [by name], Tons, How distinguished [i. e. white vane & blue ball for 44th Regt. ships; Blue vane & white ball for Losbergh troops; blue vane & while ball for Knyphausen troops]
Transport ships were not usually owned but rather rented by the Royal Navy.
Lists 11 ships on which men from the 44th Regiment and the Hessian regiments of Knyphausen and Losbergh were to be embarked and transported from New York to Charleston, S.C.
The 44th Regiment was transported on the Empress, Springfield, Favorite, Clementina, and Crawford.
The Losbergh corps travelled on the King George, Adamant, and Badger.
Knyphausen's men travelled on the Triton, Archer, and Molly.
