Note
Full bust, in uniform, head three-quarters to left. Line. Vignette. Jean Weyler Type. Two medals hang on his left lapel. One appears to the the Ordre of St. Louis and the other may represent the eagle of the Society of the Cincinnati. The title is in a tablet ornamented with oak leaves below the portrait. Below that are the words: "Bureau of Engraving and Printing." This copy is printed on card stock.
