Apparently incomplete--Cf. Evans 18093, which records a copy covering Council activities through 25 September 1784; the last meeting reported on p. 79 occurred on 21 Jan. 1784. Council then adjourned until 1 June 1784.
Members of the Council included Arthur St. Clair, elected President of the Council on 18 Nov., and Anthony Wayne (PA Society)
On p. 13-14: "List of books of assessment and taxes since the Revoluton."
In ink on t.p.: To Mr. Miles [Council member]; in ink at head of title: To lie on the table.
