Full figure, in uniform, wearing a hat. He is walking on the deck of a boat, moored in a harbor with a town in the background. Two sailors are watching from the deck in the upper left. Above Jones' head in a cloudlike form are two mythical figures, the one on the right blowing a horn and the one on the left brandishing a sword and carrying a scroll. Rectangle with wide single line border. Contempory.
