Concerns a sum of five thousand pounds issued to Craig at Penobscot during the Revolution, for which no accounting had been made.
Although the principals (Charles Boyd, Sir George Collier, General Francis McLean, and Capt. Barclay) are all dead, Craig refers the auditors to Major- General Sir John Moore for further particulars.
