Bust, to the right. Oval with border 2/16. Stipple. Thomas McKean was made an Honorary member of the Society of the Cincinnati from the state of Pennsylvania in 1783. This engraving was on display at Anderson House during the exhibit: "Delaware in the American Revolution," 2002-2003. Thomas McKean was a delegate to the Second Continental Congress in 1776 as a Deleware delegate and was a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
