Full bust to the left, in oval with 14/16 border, extended to 7/16 rectangular shaded frame. Fully shaded background . Mixed. Before all letters. Appears to be after a Stuart in the Athenaeum series.
This may be a proof copy of Hart #393 without letters. That number, in the Athenaeum series, is described as full bust, to left. Oval with border 14/16, extended to rectangle, by Henry Bryan Hall and George E. Perine, printed by H. E. Coats, N.Y. and published by George E. Perine. In the #393b variation, all names and adresses have been removed and "Engraved by H. B. Hall's Sone New York" was substituted.
