This is a copy of the illustration from Tomes, Battles of American by sea and land, Vol II.. The handcolored copy cites the publisher as Virtue, Emmins and Co., and is copyright in 1859 by Emmins. The black & while copy only lists Virtue & Co. as the publisher and their copyright in 1859.
